Sort Yourself Out Plan

Have you ever found yourself in that situation where you know you SHOULD workout, or eat better, or NOT eat that sweetie or have ran 5 minutes longer? Well I have, in fact I’m in that situation right now.  After a maaasive pig out session last night I have decided to “sort myself out” and I want you to be able to do it to!

I work a lot, I work irregular hours and I often drop the important things for the convenient things. This is leading to me not feeling consistent in my body look, fitness and commitment. … and I’m sick of it!

For the next 5 weeks I will follow a plan that will sort me out and get me into the body I want for Halloween.It’s got to be easy to follow, entertaining, practical and not expensive.

So, here’s the plan:

  1. My body fat % is within the healthy range but not my ideal, I also don’t consume enough nutrients so I am cutting fat content down to a minimum and increasing fruit and veg portions to AT LEAST 5 a day. I buy my food as I consume as I find, for me this keeps costs down and lowers waste so I will be using www.bbcgoodfood.com each day to pick an easy, low fat meal to make. YOU can do this to if you plan your meals in advance by picking the meals you wish to have over the week from the website, or any other in bulk.
  2. My fitness level is not what I wish it to be.  Therefore I will be following my own body, high intensity, SHORT workouts to increase my fitness, burn fat and build some muscle. I realistically plan to do these at least 4 times a week. YOU can get the results you want by following my weekly challenges or aiming to workout at least twice a week at a high intensity: complete my challenges 2 – 3 times a week, get off your butt after work – be more active, make sure you attend those classes you “keep meaning to go to” go out one jog/cycle each week for at least 30 mins.
  3. My body doesn’t look the way I want it to. I’m going to get it the way I want it by reducing my body fat, increasing muscle mass and working on my core BIG TIME! YOU can get your results by seriously considering what you want from your body and how you want it to look and then using realistic and specific forms of exercise/ eating to do so – If you’re not sure what this is for you EMAIL me and I will try to assist you.
  4. I get bored easily.  I’m going to exercise the way I want to! As long as YOU exercise to your maximum effort, use your whole body and don’t cut anything completely out of your diet, instead make healthy choices YOU too will have FUN, SEE changes in your body and FEEL changes to your mental state and commitment.
