The Challenge Group does exactly what is says on the tin. Its challenging , no matter what level you are at in your training and it has a group and team atmosphere so you will meet other Challengers who also want to improve their skill and fitness levels in a sociable and fun way.
We meet twice a month for a workshop where we will do anything from technique improvement, team and individual workouts, to fitness testing.
Each week you receive an email containing a challenge workout for you to complete within that week. Use them as a once a week workout, repeat them several times to see an large improvement or just use them to see how far you can go. Most workouts can be done anywhere and require very little or no equipment.
You can then post your scores on the facebook group page.
There are new and exciting people to meet, prizes to be won and challenges to accept!
For just £15 a month you will receive 2 tutorial workshops, up to 12 workouts and lots of motivation, help and friendly competition.
Any level of fitness and experience is welcome.
